Advance payment

For confirmed reservations, we request you submit a payment of 30% of the package price. You may send your deposit payment by bank transfer to our account: Bank: Volksbankd Landeck subsidiary Ischgl.

Arrival and departure
Please consider when planning your arrival that the apartments will be ready for you at 4 p.m. We kindly request that you vacate the room no later than 09 a.m. on the departure day. If you are planning to arrive later than 6 p.m, we request you to inform us in advance. Tel: 0043/(0) 664/515 0525

Cancellation

The Austrian Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply. Apartment cancellations must be made in written form. No cancellation fees will be assessed for cancellations up to 3 months before arrival.

  • For cancellations from 3 months up to 1 month before arrival, we charge 40% of your stay.
  • For cancellations from 1 months up to 1 week before arrival, we charge 70% of your stay.
  • In case of a cancellation within last week before arrival we charge 100% of your stay.
  • In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the full amount of your booked stay.

The cancellation statement has to be sent to us until the above mentioned dates in written form and confirmed by us in written form. We recommend travel cancellation insurance. Please note that in the event of cancellation the cancellation costs can be deducted from the deposit.

To save you unnecessary costs of cancellation, we advise you to obtain a trip insurance: Europäischeiseversicherung.

Internet

Our apartments offers an internet connection with wireless access (free of charge).

Pets

Pets (dogs/cats, etc.) are not permitted! We ask you kindly for your understanding.

Payment

Payment of the bill is accepted in cash (Euro only) as well as with Maestro Card or credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). Checks are not accepted.
